Welcome to StreamEast. The information and links available on this website are provided for general informational and navigational purposes. By accessing and using this website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Disclaimer.

1. Third-Party Content

StreamEast is an aggregation and indexing platform that may provide links, references, or access points to sports-related content and resources available through third-party websites. We do not claim ownership of third-party streams, videos, broadcasts, media files, or other external content that may be accessible through links displayed on our website.

Third-party content is controlled and operated by its respective providers. We have no control over the availability, accuracy, quality, legality, or reliability of content hosted outside our website.

2. We Do Not Host Streaming Content

StreamEast does not host, upload, store, encode, reproduce, broadcast, or distribute streaming video content on its own servers. When we provide links to streams or external media, they may direct users to third-party websites or services. Those websites operate independently from StreamEast and are subject to their own policies, terms, and privacy practices.

We encourage visitors to use authorized and official sources when watching copyrighted sports content.

3. External Links

Our website may contain links to websites, platforms, or services operated by third parties. These links are provided for convenience and navigation.

StreamEast does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for:

  • Their content or services
  • Their privacy policies
  • Their terms of use
  • Their advertising
  • Their security practices
  • Their availability or uptime
  • Any changes made to their websites
  • Any content accessed through external links

Visiting a third-party website is at the user’s own discretion.

4. Copyright and Intellectual Property

StreamEast respects the intellectual property rights of content creators, copyright owners, broadcasters, leagues, teams, and other rights holders. We do not intentionally claim ownership of copyrighted material belonging to third parties. Any trademarks, logos, team names, league names, event names, or other intellectual property mentioned on this website belong to their respective owners.

The appearance of a trademark, logo, name, or reference on our website does not necessarily indicate an affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement, or partnership with the respective rights holder.

5. DMCA and Copyright Complaints

If you are a copyright owner or an authorized representative and believe that material accessible through a link on our website infringes your copyright, you may contact us with sufficient information to identify the allegedly infringing material.

A copyright complaint should generally include:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
  2. The URL or specific location of the allegedly infringing material.
  3. Your contact information.
  4. A statement confirming that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
  5. A statement that the information provided in the complaint is accurate.

Upon receiving a valid and sufficiently detailed complaint, we will review the reported material and take appropriate action where applicable. Because StreamEast does not host third-party streaming content, copyright owners may also wish to contact the hosting provider, streaming provider, or website operator responsible for the actual content.

6. No Guarantee of Availability

We do not guarantee that any particular link, event, stream, page, or third-party resource will remain available. Third-party content may become unavailable, move to another location, experience technical problems, require authorization, or be removed without notice. Accordingly, StreamEast makes no guarantee regarding the availability or continuity of any external content.

7. Accuracy of Information

We make reasonable efforts to provide useful and current sports-related information. However, schedules, event times, team information, broadcasting details, and other information may change.

We do not guarantee that all information published on the website is complete, accurate, current, or error-free. For important event details, users should verify information through the relevant official league, team, broadcaster, or event organizer.

8. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for determining whether accessing any third-party website or content is lawful in their country or jurisdiction. By using StreamEast, you agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, copyright requirements, and third-party terms of service.

We encourage users to choose official broadcasters and authorized streaming services whenever they are available.

9. No Endorsement

Links to third-party websites or services do not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, sponsorship, or affiliation unless explicitly stated. StreamEast is not responsible for statements, products, services, advertisements, or content published by third parties.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, StreamEast and its operators shall not be responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or other damages resulting from the use of this website or third-party websites accessed through links on our website.

This includes, without limitation, losses or damages associated with:
